Nestled at the base of Mt. Rose Highway you have easy access to all. Just 28 miles over the mountain to beautiful Lake Tahoe to enjoy skiing, backpacking, hiking, snowshoeing, water skiing, sailing and all other lake and snow activities. For City Life it’s a 12 mile drive to The Peppermill & Atlantis Casinos, 5 miles to the prestigious PGA Annual Golf Tournament, 15 miles to Downtown Reno, Casinos, Theatre Productions, Festivals, Outdoor Concerts and much more (you are welcome to use our golf clubs,backpacks,snowshoes,poles,sleds and bike while enjoying all of this)!
For everyday necessities it’s a 2 minute walk to the shopping center for groceries, restaurants and specialty shops, and 5 minutes to The Summit, the premier shopping and dining destination.
The condo is approx. 1800 with two car garage on lower level.
Second level boasts 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, 2 full Baths, Kitchen with all of our personal ware for entertaining, grilling on the patio or casual dining (no need to rush out for spices or staples),Dining Area, Great Room and Laundry Room.
Top floor is a Loft used as office/bedroom with a Queen sofa sleeper and desk for work or play.
Cable,High Speed Internet and all utilities included.
All housewares, supplies, toiletries, linens, pool accessories, dvd’s, games, etc. are here for your personal use (what’s ours is yours)!

Summary: We had a spectacular time in this comfortable condo! It was clean, well equipped, spacious, and reasonably priced. With the two decks, the loft area, and the two-car garage there was space for us to store our things and still have plenty of space for relaxation. The gated community felt safe and was very quiet. It was also very nice to be able to use the onsite gym and pool. The adjacent shopping center was extremely convenient for groceries, bagels and coffee, haircuts, and mailing with UPS. Even though it is south of Reno, freeway access was very close, and this location put us within 30 minutes of Lake Tahoe for fun there also. We had a great 3 months stay and certainly would return in the future. We certainly will recommend it to others.

Summary: This lovely townhome has been quite enjoyable. It is well appointed and has a large kitchen. The owners respond quickly to any questions and have wonderful housekeeper and handyman on call, if their services were to be needed. I found the people in the complex that I met to be friendly, and the gym & summer pool a welcome diversion. The complex has a back entrance and walkway to the adjacent shopping center, which was nice for walking over to Starbucks, the grocery store coffee bar, Baskin and Robbins or Truckee Bagels, plus others stops.

Summary: It was an amazing experience staying up at the fallen leaf condos. The host, Richard communicated with us very well and made us feel right at home. The pool was a great place to go and relax every day and the location of this place is right at the base of Lake Tahoe. If you love adventure this is the place to stay.
